Home Delivery Returns and Complaints policy

Here at Kale and Damson we strive to make sure that all produce delivered is of the best available quality, if however you are unsatisfied with the quality of anything on your home delivery please do not hesitate to contact us at homedelivery@kaleanddamson.co.uk and we will investigate the matter internally with regards to issuing a refund. As we deal in fresh product all complaints must be made on the day of delivery and we will not accept returns but will issue a refund once the validity of the complaint has been investigated and established.
