How do I register with Kale & Damson?

Simply visit the website, and select the icon of the person in the top right hand corner (the head and shoulders). Create a username (usually an email address) and a password, and then log in immediately afterwards. You can then select the items you want to order, and fill your trolley!

No. It will state clearly, under the product, if we don’t have it in stock.

When you click on your trolley to go to pay for the order, click the red crosses which refer to the products you want to remove, then select ‘Update basket’ at the bottom of the page to confirm you want to get rid of them.

We now have a Delivery Date selection point available, when you go to pay for your order. Here, you simply select the date you would like delivery (the minimum it can be is two days in advance from the day of ordering).

Currently, you need to call or email us to do this. Please note that we will try our best to fulfil your wishes, but this may not always be possible.

Currently, only by calling us or emailing the Home Delivery email address. We will endeavour to make the amendments, but this cannot always be guaranteed. We are planning on introducing an ‘Amend my Order’ feature in the future.

Anywhere between 8:00am-10:00pm, but we have recently introduced an email service which will give you three separate alerts. The first is a 2hr window – to let you know the arrival of goods; the second is to let you know your order is out for delivery, and will be with you within 30 minutes; the third tells you that the delivery has been made. We are looking at introducing specific delivery windows to choose from, in the future.

All employees have their temperature taken on arrival at work – if someone’s temperature is too high, they are told to go home and self-isolate. Pickers wear gloves and regularly sanitise their hands during their shifts; hand sanitising stations are situated throughout the building. When our drivers deliver the orders, they wear gloves, and remain socially distant from customers.

Our intention is to keep the Home Delivery service going beyond the current climate.

We store all of our produce in a  refrigerated cold room and therefore the conditions are not conducive to storing dry products.
